A capsule collection of comfortable essentials, Phillip Lim approached his designs for Pre-Fall 2021 by stripping his garments of any fluff, but without losing the whimsy of the brand. Offering up lots to wear, this lineup is full of versatility and really invokes the dream of dressing up in the midst of being confined at home. With 23 whole looks at our disposal, this entire collection checks the work-from-home-wear category perfectly!
Inspired by the '20s era and the abundance of female personalities during that time that were fearless in expressing their personal freedom, Grazia Malagoli, Fashion Director for Sportmax, saw it fit to name her Pre-Fall 2021 collection as '1920-2020'. Infusing warmth and sensuality into her usual modernist and cool Sportmax designs, Malagoli worked on more feminine form-fitting silhouettes with jolts of androgynous sophistication. Lush liquid velvets, pops of animal print, edgy dark leather and glamorous soft faux-fur, this collection in a grunge sort of a way, sparks optimism, hope and newness for what's to come.
